The ordered our products will be sent within 2 to 3 working days from the date the order was received or paid.

Shipping being done at the address given by the customer while ordering. Delivery costs are borne by the buyer.

You can pick up your order yourself in Novi Sad for free.

For customers from Serbia, a deadline is mostly 2-3 days from the moment of sending the order.

Orders for customers from US, EU are sent by airmail and you can expect them in 7-9 days.

For custom ceramics products, it is sometimes necessary to wait a few days longer, for the sake of making them themselves, about which the Buyer will be informed.

It may happen that local mail keeps the packet longer, mainly due to additional security checks that slow down the delivery of the package. It is necessary to count on a longer delivery time in time before and around the holidays when the post office needs to deliver packages much longer.

Also, keep in mind that your local customs may ask you to pay additional import charges. We recommend checking customs regulations in your country before ordering, as it is possible that some type of goods or quantity of goods are subject to customs clearance. Import and local taxes in the recipient country are not included in the cost of delivery of products for recipient countries outside of Serbia. You will be responsible for paying any import and local fees including administrative fees that arise on that occasion.
